Two of the single greatest games ever created will be made available to PS3 and PSP owners this week via PSN: Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy VI.
Of course, both games are already available in digital form on the Wii’s Virtual Console. The two have also been released in physical form across all manner of console and handheld. That shouldn’t stop you from buying them again though, they’re that good!
In related news: the official PlayStation Blog is confused about the number of playable characters in Final Fantasy VI. According to the site, players have access to “Edgar’s tools, Terra’s magic, Sabin’s fists and the skills of a dozen additional characters,” implying 15 playable characters. Silly PlayStation Blog, there are only 14! Unless… wait… General Leo confirmed as secret, PSN exclusive, character.
